With 15 years of experience in investment casting, our facility, which operates in the automotive industry, expanded its service network in 2006 and continued its operations under the name KHD SERAMİK DÖKÜM LTD. ŞTİ. (KHD).

Founded in 2006 as a subsidiary of NEYYSAN, a leading company in its sector, KHD SERAMİK DÖKÜM LTD. ŞTİ. (KHD) operates an investment casting facility equipped with the latest European-standard technologies, supported by extensive R&D expertise and a high-capacity analysis laboratory. With two separate induction furnaces with capacities of 100 kg and 750 kg, we are capable of casting a wide range of parts weighing from 1 gram to 30 kg in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Our company serves the automotive, machine and tooling, defense and weapons, medical and orthopedic, food, textile machinery, valve and pump, and agricultural machinery industries.

In addition to being a supplier, KHD Investment Casting also provides design support to its customers with a product development partner approach.

Our company has a production range of parts from 1 gram to 50 kg and a monthly casting capacity of 60,000 kg. Production is carried out in a 2,000 m² enclosed facility. The casting materials we use include steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, aluminum, and copper alloys. These materials are tested in our fully equipped metallurgical laboratories in accordance with European and international standards before casting.

Our chemical analysis spectrometer enables accurate alloy verification by taking samples during the molten metal casting process. In addition to chemical analysis, physical testing, microscopic examinations, and dimensional inspections are also carried out in-house. Furthermore, processes such as mold design, machining, heat treatment, and coating can be performed either in-house or through our approved suppliers.
